• In order to qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of the item(s).
• Items must be in their original, unused condition.
• Damaged, altered, or tampered items should not be accepted.
2. Damaged Goods
• Returns and refunds are only accepted for undamaged goods. The return of any damaged item(s) will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Full Boxes of Items
• Please note that we only accept full boxes of items. Returned items without the full original packaging or with missing components will be considered incomplete and will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Process
• Please follow these steps in order to initiate a return or refund:
• Please contact our office at 712-476-5362.
• Please provide the order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
• We will review your return request and determine whether it falls within our return policy.
• Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
• If applicable, pack the item(s) securely in the original shipping box.
• We are located at 930 Westview Drive, Rock Valley, IA 51247. Please drop off the items there.
5. Refund Processing
• As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria listed above. Once everything has been verified, we will process the refund within 30 business days. The refund will be credited to your account if you have one, otherwise back to the original credit card payment. Depending on the processing time of your bank, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

If you prefer to shop online and pick up your items in store, we provide a convenient option. After completing your online purchase, select "pick up in store" as your delivery method. We will then arrange for your items to be ready for pickup within the specified timeframe.
Delivery and Shipments
If you purchase items through our website, you can have them delivered directly to your desired address. Depending on your location and preferred delivery timeframe, we offer a variety of delivery options, including standard delivery and in-store pickup.
